Thank you for your interest in our products! Due to high demand currently we are doing jobs that are exterior deck rails only. If your deck has stairs it has to be a straight stairs from deck to ground or deck to deck without landings or switch backs. We have a six week minimum lead time and the time starts when we have actual built-to information. We are doing furnish jobs for all over the country but we are doing installation only for local jobs in greater San Francisco Bay Area. Site visit is only provided for when we are either under contract or when client agrees on a 500 dollars site visit fee. This fee will be applied to your job if we proceed with the work.
